I have attempted many butterbeer recipes in my life
It's the sad truth of us Harry Potter fans who first heard dear Jo describe the rich warm flava of buttery goodness
Then, Pinterest was invented and with it came a variety of butterbeer inspired treats...
Butterbeer cupcakes
Butterbeer ice cream
and Butterbeer jello (ew, what were you thinking?)
I would like to tell you about my success story now, because apparently it is like drinking "hot sugary candy" (Taylor Crane, 2012)
But it's actually really really ridiculously good.
The trick is to accidentally turn the heat on too high and over-brown the butter before anything else goes in. It makes it taste better. (but really)
